Shipping Policy

Delivery times (US only)

Canvas wall art and other print-on-demand items are printed to order in the USA: 2–5 business days of production plus 3–7 business days of shipping. Most arrive within 5–12 business days.
Other home goods (textiles, holiday decor, kitchen and organization items) ship from our partner warehouses and arrive within 7–15 business days.
Orders with both kinds of items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping area

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delays

Holidays, peak seasons and carrier issues can add a few days. For November and December, we recommend ordering early.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@hearthandcanvasco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy.
